Early Bird entry fee $125 per person

Discounted price for competitors aged 70+ is $110 per person 
(the above entry fees will increase to standard pricing of $155 and $145 respectively as at 1 August 2023)

Age Requirements

Age determined at 31 December 2022
Minimum age 30 years

Age Groups

As per “Rules of Dancesport“:

Masters 1: One partner must have reached his/her 35th birthday or more. The other partner must have reached his/her 30th birthday or more.

Masters 2: One partner must have reached his/her 50th birthday or more. The other partner must have reached his/her 45th birthday or more.

Masters 3: One partner must have reached his/her 60th birthday or more. The other partner must have reached his/her 55th birthday or more.

Number of Participant Requirements

Minimum number of participants required to conduct competition: 40 participants

Conditions of Entry

All competitors must be registered with Dancesport Australia.

Entrants in the Social Events will be issued with a Dancesport Australia “Day Pass” effective for this event only and must be 35 years of age or older.

Competitors in the Masters Open events are to enter according to their relevant age and can enter in one Age Group only.

Age is determined as at 31 December 2022

Additional Information 

All events to be conducted under the “Rules of Dancesport”

Dress Restrictions : All Recreational and Social event competitors are restricted to wearing non-competitive attire.

Coach / Student Events : These will be conducted separately for each rhythm.

Number of Participants Requirements : The minimum number of participants required to conduct each of the Amateur Division, Recreational Division and Social events is six couples.
