Volunteers
Volunteers are the backbone of a major event such as the Australian Masters Games. There will be various volunteer opportunities as part of our St Laurence Games Workforce, including:
- Pre-Games volunteer roles – assisting in the Australian Masters Games office during the pre-games period.
- General volunteer roles - assisting during the Games time period (October 5 – 12, 2013); fulfilling a specific role in one or more areas such as accreditation, administration, logistics, marketing, media, registration, results, special events, transport, etc.
- Sport volunteer roles - during the Games time period (October 5 – 12, 2013); fulfilling a specific role for one or more sports in areas such as sport administration, sport liaison, sport operations, field of play, results, etc (relevant experience needed).
Volunteer applications will be via this website, in early 2013.
