We'd like to introduce you to our new Administration and Registration Coordinator, Andrew Georgiou, an Adelaide native with a passion for sports.
Andrew will be the go-to man with any registration enquiries in the lead up and during the Games.
"I am so glad to see the Australian Masters Games return to Adelaide and attract strong numbers in all sports,” Andrew said.
“It will be amazing to be a part of an event that will host thousands of participants from around the nation right here in Adelaide.”
Andrew comes to the Australian Masters Games after having worked for the Adelaide United soccer team in the membership department and the City of Salisbury as an event planner. He brings a wealth of knowledge of sports administration.
“His passion for sport and knowledge of Adelaide make him a great fit for our team. He’s come to us at the perfect time,” General Manager Gary O’Donnell said.
“We’ve just moved into a new office and everything is starting to ramp up as we get closer to October 2019. Andrew’s experience in sports admin is extensive and we are lucky to have him on board.”
The Australian Masters Games team will grow in the new year with two new sports coordinators and an operations manager set to join the office.
