Visa and payment information for international participants

Payment of entry fees to the 12th Australian Masters Games is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. Personal cheques from international participants will NOT be accepted. Payment by internation bank cheque or money order muyst be made payable to the 12th Australian Masters Games.

Payments can also be madeby credit card. The 12th Australian Masters Games accepts Visa and MasterCards. The Games strongly recommend international participants enter using the Online Registration System.

A confirmation letter will be forward to each participant following receipt of the Games Entry Fee and Sport Fee. Present this confirmation letter to the appropriate authority withing your country, along with your visa application. This document will not guaranteethe grant of your visa and the 12th Australian Masters Games do accept no responsibility for visa processing.

All non-Australian citizens wishing to enter Australia for any purpose MUST hold a valid entry visa. It should be noted that , along with many other countries in the current global security climate, visa processing is stringent. It is recommended that non-citizens from the non-ETA countries wishing to enter Australia allow 6-8 weeks for visa processing.

For information regarding visas or regulations concerning entry into Australia visit the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website at www.immi.gov.au or contactthe Australian Overseas Mission in your country. Invitations to the 12th Australian Masters Games will NOT be issued to individuals to assist in obtaining an Australian entry visa.

Should your visa application be declined you may apply to the Games Office for a refund of entry fees. The application must be in writing and an AUD$20.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Games Registration Coordinator.

The 12th Australian Masters Games does not provide travel insurance for international participants and Accompanying Persons.
