IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE WHO BOOKED ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL THROUGH IJOURNEY FOR THE 12th AUSTRALIAN MASTERS GAMES

The 12th Australian Masters Games has now terminated the agreement with Angsana Travel Pty Ltd trading as ijourney as they have been placed into liquidation and as a result, will not continue as the Games Travel and Accommodation Provider.

Due to the current situation, anyone who has booked accommodation or travel through ijourney must contact the Games to confirm these bookings. For these enquiries ask to speak to the Games Operations Manager on 1300-725-266, alternatively email: admin2009@CASevents.com

Following the termination of the ijourney agreement, the Games have announced that Jetset Belmont is now the Official Travel and Accommodation Provider. Anyone wishing to book accommodation for the Games should contact Jetset Belmont on 1300-366-465 or by email stuart@jetsetbelmont.com.au

Participants who have made bookings through ijourney and require compensation can complete a claim form through the Travel Compensation Fund (TCF) at www.tcf.org.au or contact them on 1300 658 165 for more information.
