Men's: 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+

Women's: 35+, 45+

Mixed: 35+, 45+

Age Requirements

Age determined at 31 December 2019

Minimum Age 35 years

Participation Fees

Games Entry Fee:

$110 per person or $99 per person for people aged 70+

(the above entry fees will increase to $137.50 and $126.50 respectively as at 3 August 2019)

Number of Participant Requirements

Minimum number of participants required to conduct age groups: 4 teams

Any age group that does not have a minimum of 4 teams will be combined with another age group.

 

Squad Sizes

Minimum number of competitors: 5 Players

Maximum number of competitors: 10 Players

Additional Information

1. A team may register a maximum of two underage players in the age categories listed below. The players are permitted to be 2 years below the minimum age group.

  • Men 45+
  • Men 50+
  • Men 55+
  • Men 60+
  • Women 30+
  • Women 45+
  • Mixed 45+

 

Examples

A team may register a maximum of two players that are 43+ as of the 31 December 2019 in the Men’s or Womens 45+ age group.

 

A team may register a maximum of two players that are 48+ as of the 31 December 2019 in the Men’s 50+ age group.

 

A team may register a maximum of two players that are 53+ as of the 31 December 2019 in the Men’s 55+age group.

 

A team may register a maximum of two players that are 58+ as of the 31 December 2019 in the Men’s 60+ age group.

 

2. Goalkeepers are granted an age exemption and can be 5 years below the minimum age requirement (1 age category below) except in the youngest men’s age category where they must be the minimum age to qualify.

 

Examples

A goalkeeper may play in the 40+ age group for men, if the player is age eligible for the 35+ age group. A goalkeeper that is below the 35+age group is not eligible to play in the 35+ age group.

 

 A goalkeeper may play in the 35+ age group for women, if the player is aged 30+ as of 31 December 2019.     

 

Rules

The competition will be conducted under the Laws of the Game for Futsal.
