Kata: Nage no Kata, Katame no Kata, Kime no Kata, Goshin Jutsu, Ju no Kata
30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Age is determined as at 11 October 2019.
Minimum age for competition is 30 years.
Games Entry Fee:
$110.00 per person or $99.00 per person for people aged 70+
(the above entry fees will increase to $137.50 and $126.50 respectively as at 3 August 2019)

Sport Entry Fee:
$50.00 per competitor if entering one event (Kata or Shiai) or $60.00 per person (total) if entering both events.
Number of Participant Requirements
Minimum number of participants required to conduct competition: 60 participants across all age groups and events.
Minimum number of participants required to conduct age groups: 3 - 5
Any age group that does not have a minimum of 3 - 5 participants will be combined with another age group.
Weigh-in will be held at venue 5.30-6.30pm 11 October 2019
Participants are required to bring their Judo Federation of Australia Inc or International Judo Federation body membership record to the competition weigh-in as evidence of their insurance coverage.
Participants must have a grade of 5th Kyu (Yellow belt) or over as recognised by Judo Australia.
As per the Judo Australia rules, Participants must have blue and white judogis.
A Kata pair can consist of two females, two males or one male and one female.
JudoSA can combine an age and/or weight category if the number of Participants in a category is not sufficient.
Contest duration is 3 minutes for age categories under 60 years and 2.5 minutes for age categories 60 years and over.
The competition is presented by JudoSA and is sanctioned by the Judo Australia (JFA Ltd.)
The competition will be conducted under Judo Australia (JFA Ltd) rules.
