Division 1: Elite, national and former state players
Division 2: A/B grade competition players

Please be aware of the different grade standards between States. Use previous Masters Games you have attended as a reference.
(Up to 4 men and women can be nominated, only 3 men and 3 women can play in each team)

Games Entry Fee:
$99 per person or $88 per person for people aged 70+
(the above entry fees will increase to $126.50 and $115.50 respectively as at 12 August 2017)

Sport Entry Fee:
Individual - $50.00 per person (includes any or all of singles, doubles and mixed doubles events)
Team - $50.00 per person
Both Team and Individual - $90.00 per person
Number of Participant Requirements
Minimum number of participants required to conduct competition: 120
Minimum number of participants required to conduct age groups: 3
Any age group that does not have a minimum of 3 participants will be combined with another age group.
Three grades and four age categories are offered: Div 1, Div 2 and Div 3, 35+ 45+, 55+ and 65+. Teams may comprise of four male and four female players. Only three male and three female to play in each tie.
Teams age group is determined by the age of the youngest player.
A minimum of nine games per tie will be played with each player limited to playing two doubles and one mixed doubles.
Individuals can register for team events and will be placed in a team based on division and age group.
Participants are able to enter three individual events. Doubles age group is determined by the age of the youngest player.
Badminton Get Together: Monday 23 October for team members and individual players to mingle and catch-up (purchased separately)
Dinner: Friday 27 October (Tickets purchased separately)

The competition will be conducted under the Australian Masters Games 2017 Badminton Rules and Regulations.
